November Newsletter in San Francisco Bay Area

This has been a year with a lot of exciting changes here at ActivSupport. We have added a number of new staff members including Carl Easterday, our Director of Sales, Suzanne Correa, our Office Manager and Irvin Henry an engineer who is expanding our presence in the Los Angeles area. Technology has been changing rapidly, ActivSupport as your IT partner has been committed to keeping up to date on all of the new solutions available in the marketplace. We conduct extensive testing and training efforts in house to constantly maintain our expertise on a wide range of technology and solutions. Virtualization is becoming mainstream and even more cost effective for SMB's and is discussed in this newsletter. We believe in it enough to "put our money where our mouth is" and are moving our own infrastructure towards virtualization. This month we also discuss our Backup and Disaster Recovery solution. We believe this product is an outstanding solution to a problem which exists in almost every SMB.
